New Upper Midwest Mitsu Owners message board

Post by curt_gendron » Mon Mar 02, 2015 12:52 pm

I've started up another message board. For the last year or two I've had a Facebook group called Upper Midwest Mitsubishi Owners. I decided to also add a message board for the group. The board is at: http://ummo.boards.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I encourage you to all join the board as I try to expand it. There has already been some great intro threads and good event information posted.

Facebook and other social media is a great way to keep in touch with people, but for clubs and groups it kind of blows. Once something is posted it quickly disappears and makes it hard to find. So for car club organization you really still need a good message board.

So I hope you can join this new board and participate. Think of it as one more way to increase enthusiasm for the All Mitsu Cookout. :)

Curt

The board looks great so far ! I also appreciate your revived enthusiasm for an All Mitsu Cookout. I was a little worried that we might not have one in 2015.

The new UMMO board and a weekly or biweekly UMMO meet are my attempt to jump start the local Mitsu community. If that doesn't work, I may still stop the All Mitsu Cookout. Because we are going to need a better volunteer base than we had last year.
