wow my first time seeing a true 99' vr4 in white bear lake about 2 days ago. it was green. very f*cking nice car!!!!!

I spotted one down here a few months back when I was on the freeway, saw it out of the corner of my eye, stopped mid sentance and yelled "holy shit 99 vr4"

I had a guy with one living about 4 blocks away from my old house. Clean as hell. Don't think he is a member of mn3s yet tho.

I think there is at least one car in the Twin Cities that is an almost complete '99 conversion. I believe I saw it in the south metro last summer or the summer before. I think it was red and I remember seeing one or two exterior items that weren't converted. It might have been the headlights and/or the rear center garnish. Sometimes you have to look pretty closely or you can be fooled.
