The Shout Out Thread

Post by greenpanther » Mon Jun 01, 2009 2:20 pm

Well we don't have any kind of rep system like 3si, but I thought it might be kind of cool if we had a thread where we could give some praise or share some other insight about a member.

I'm gonna kick it off by saying thanks to Steve (bludvl) for helping me out with doing my spark plugs and tranny flush last Thursday. Thanks Steve! You made the job a lot easier and a lot more fun. :D Now you can add this to your 'member-of-the-year' resume. 8)

Curt is WAY too lazy to put together a rep system.

However, I would like to shout out to Flip, Steve and Mike Wolff for the various times they've helped me out. Steve helped me with my Stealth the first time I did plugs and wires and a few other various times. Flip's helped me a few times, primarily last spring when he helped me do a turbo swap (twice on the front one ). And Mike helped me out with a new deck on my SL.

Edit: Almost forgot about Ryan and Eric haha. They helped me put a new timing belt on my SL after a bolt came off and took a chunk out of it and knocked timing off one notch late last summer. And Chantz for doing the snake eye mod in the parking lot of UMG.
